The Story
It started on a Bay Area pickleball court. Brandon and Son met the way most pickleball friendships do — a casual rally that turned into a two-hour session, followed by way too much post-game analysis.
Like everyone in our circle, we were frustrated with the options. Lead tape was messy and toxic. Tungsten weights were expensive. Son had been 3D printing for years. Brandon had the business background. Together, we spent months prototyping, testing on real paddles with real players, until we got it right.

Brandon has been playing pickleball for two years and fell hard and fast — hooked not just by the game but by the community around it. Off the court, he handles the business side: finance, operations, and getting the product to the people who need it. On the court, he's the guy obsessing over his paddle setup.

Co-Founder
Son has been playing pickleball for two and a half years — including 21 consecutive days. Not a typo. By training he's an engineer, by nature a tinkerer. When the idea for PickleWeights came up, he went home and started printing. Every clip has gone through Son's hands. He's obsessed with fit, retention, material, and finish. If something isn't right, Son knows before anyone else does.
